Yambu Hub serves as a digital marketplace where sellers list products and buyers purchase them. We facilitate the platform but do not partake in transactions or contracts between buyers and sellers.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform under these Terms. Commercial or unauthorized use is prohibited.
You must not misuse the Platform by unauthorized access, data mining, copying, resale, reverse engineering, or distribution without permission.
Users must not:
Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
Violate third-party rights
Impersonate others
Damage or disrupt our services or reputation
Content you post (reviews, feedback, etc.) may be used by Yambu Hub for marketing, analytics, or improvement. You agree not to post false, abusive, or unlawful content.
All content on Yambu Hub, including logos, images, text, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use any content without explicit permission.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy from the seller. Sellers reserve the right to accept or reject orders. Confirmation is sent only after dispatch.
Prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change. Errors may result in order cancellation.
Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policies for details.
We accept cash on delivery, cards, and mobile wallets like eSewa and Khalti. Yambu Hub reserves the right to verify transactions to prevent fraud. Suspicious orders may be canceled.
Yambu Hub is not liable for:
Product quality, performance, or legality (sold by third parties)
Delivery delays
Disputes between buyers and sellers
Listing errors or price mistakes
All transactions are at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yambu Hub, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications via SMS, email, push notifications, or phone calls related to your account, orders, or promotions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms. All granted rights will cease immediately upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Kathmandu.
